based on the amount of time the photographer spends at your wedding - they are
not fees for doing your wedding. There are no charges for taking the photographs. All deposits apply towards finished photographs.

Your photographer will be with you for eight hours at your wedding for full event coverage. Approximately 250-300 previews will be present to select from. Coverage begins approximately one hour before the ceremony at the church, and includes the ceremony, formals, outdoor portraits (weather permitting) and complete reception coverage. A studio type background will be used for he pre-ceremony portraits. Also included is one framed 16 x 20 wall portrait of the Bride and Groom’s choice.

A photographer for seven hours at your wedding event. Approximately 200-250 previews will be presented to select from. Coverage begins approximately one hour before the ceremony at the church, and includes the ceremony, formals, outdoor portraits (weather permitting) and most events at the reception. A studio type background will be used for the pre-ceremony portraits. Includes an 11x14 wall portrait of the Bride and Grooms choice.

We offer an ala Carte ordering method, designed to meet a wide variety of budgets and needs.
Minimum order method
Under this system everything is purchased on an ala Carte basis. Each photograph is individually priced. Photographs, album covers, frames, and portfolios purchased by the bride and groom, parents, attendants or friends are all called together to reach the minimum. You are not forced to purchase any album or portrait simply because it is part of a package. The order may exceed, but not less than the contract amount. All wedding coverage includes one 4 x 5 black and white newspaper print of the Bride and Groom’s choice.

Bride’s Make-up
We strongly recommend professional make-up sessions for the bride on her wedding day. Gold Craft has a licensed cosmetologist on staff. Professional services will enhance the quality of your wedding portraits immeasurably. We also recommend if changing your hairstyle for your wedding day, that you ask your stylist to experiment well before your wedding day so that you are comfortable with your new look.
Engagement Portrait Sessions - Free
Engagement portraits created by Gold Craft Photography will provide you with a casual look at one of the most romantic time in your life. Engagement sessions give you a chance to work with our photographer and gives us each a chance to feel comfortable with one another. We offer approximately 20 to 30 previews from which to select from. Engagement sessions are done on location and available during summer and fall only. All engagement portraits are offered to Gold Craft wedding clients at a twenty percent discount from our regular Portrait price schedule.
Special Offer
Engagement orders over $200.00 receive a free 16x20 "Signature Poster", a $135 value. (This is an 11x14 portrait on a 16x20 mounting which can be signed by all guests at the reception)
Your wedding contract with Gold Craft Photography guarantees both the date and the photographer. After the required deposit of $300.00 is placed all other requests for your date are declined. No dates can be held without the required deposit.
We require at least a consultation time to photographing your event. This allows us to communicate with you to hear your feelings and to give our suggestions to work together for the best finished product. This is also the time when all photography times are finalized and final deposits are paid. All deposits apply towards the finished order. There are no hidden fees or camera charges. Deposits may be sent to the studio at any time and will be credited to your account.
If an order exceeds the minimum investment selected, 50% of the additional amount will be due at the time the order is placed. NO PARTIAL ORDERS will be delivered until the balance is paid.
Cancelled Weddings - $200.00 will be held. All additional deposits will be refunded within ten days of receipt of notification.
All of the Bride and Groom’s parents’, friends’ and relatives’ orders will be handled through the Bride and Groom to reach the minimum investment selected. Your final order will be itemized for your convenience.
All prices are subject to PA State Sales Tax
This includes all of our state orders. All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to fluctuations in labor and material costs, Gold Craft Photography can only guarantee contracted fees for 90 days past your wedding date.
Gold Craft Photography will be the exclusive professional photographer at your wedding event. Family members and friends are encouraged to take their own photographs and/or videos, with the understanding that it’s important during your portraits to finish as quickly as possible, so as to interfere with your schedule as little as possible.
Gold Craft Photography retains exclusive rights to all negative material and reserves the right to use such for our studio, location, and advertising promotions. All previews and finished portraits created by Gold Craft Photography are copyrighted work under United States copyright laws. Any form of reproduction without express written permission from Gold Craft Photography is in violation of Federal Copyright Law 102.
A meal for the photographer and his assistant must be provided at the same time as the guest’s meal with seating near the head or family tables.
